Kelly Clark Wins at Snow Angels

As if it wasn't enough for Kelly Clark to win the Swatch TTR Women's Champ, she shows up at CoverGirl Snow Angels Invitational held on April 3rd-5th, 2009 ready to rip and show just why she IS the champ as Clark takes 1st place in this superpipe competition and also winning in the Highest Air award while Gretchen Bleiler, host of this competition took 2nd place.Here are the final results:

Hana Beaman wins the first women's division in the RIDE Shakedown 2009, with a unique competition format where riders have to master two disciplines; jumps and rails.

K2 Spring in the Park

K2's Spring in the Park 2009 at the terrain park of Zugspitze in Germany is an action packed event full of fun and festivities including coaching sessions, photos, parties, demos and contests.  The event is two weeks long from April 4th, 2009 to April 19th, 2009 with a special Girls Week from April 5th through April 12th with coaching from pro female riders of the K2 Women Alliance Team.

Love For the Ladies Co-Ed Rail Jam

Come on out this Saturday, April 4th, 2009 to Beaver Creek as Love for the Ladies hosts a co-ed rail jam event to benefit breast cancer awareness. 


Details of the event:

Competition Date: April 4th, 2009

Teams consist of 3 participants, with a one-girl minimum.

The Competition is open to Skiers & Snowboarders and teams can mix & match sport.

The minimum age to compete is 12 years old (unless prior approval).

30 team cap limit.

The Lumberyard will be closed to the general public.

Each Team will get 2 runs through The Lumberyard.

Top 15 teams will advance and be given 2 runs each.

Top 5 teams will advance and be given 1 final run each.

prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.
